Bangalwin Terms & Conditions — Know Everything Before You Start

Bangalwin (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and betting platform operated through the website bangalwin.ws. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a binding agreement between Bangalwin and its members.

By registering, using our platform, or accessing any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

• Accounts are for personal use only — using an account on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Registrants must be able to provide a valid government-issued ID (National ID card or passport).

Bangalwin reserves the right to reject any registration at any time without providing a reason.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at Bangalwin:

• Mobile Pay — Minimum ৳100, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction
• Nagad — Minimum ৳100, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction
• Rocket (DBBL) — Minimum ৳100, maximum ৳25,000 per transaction

Please keep the following in mind when making a payment:

• Payments must be made from a mobile number registered in your own name only.
• Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• No additional fees are charged on deposits.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If a deposit fails, please contact Support within 24 hours.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• A maximum of ৳5,00,000 can be sent in a single withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 3–5 minutes.
• If KYC verification is incomplete, manual review will be required — this may take 24–72 hours.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

Bangalwin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus applies only to new members on their first deposit.
• To withdraw a bonus balance, the wagering requirement (typically x20) must be fulfilled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Violating the maximum bet limit while using a bonus may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bangalwin reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All games on Bangalwin are operated under fair and transparent principles. The following rules apply during gameplay:

• All slots and table games run on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Game manipulation is not possible.
• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once placed (except cash-out on select live games).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Bangalwin will review the game history and make a final determination.
• Being logged into the same account from two devices or browsers simultaneously may cause game errors.
• Odds in Sports Betting are subject to change. The odds at the time the bet is placed will be considered final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bangalwin. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: No individual may open or operate more than one account.
• False Identity: Opening an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Bots & Software: The use of automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage: Exploiting game vulnerabilities or glitches to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Payments: Making payments on behalf of another person or receiving payments through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Fraud: Any form of fraud, deception, or system abuse is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds are strictly prohibited.

Bangalwin may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a terms & conditions violation is found.
• When a suspicious or irregular gaming pattern is detected.
• False information is found during KYC verification.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded provided no breach of the Terms has occurred.

Bangalwin reserves the right to modify these terms, in whole or in part, at any time. In the event of changes:

• A notification may be sent to your registered email.
• The effective date of any changes will be clearly stated.
• Continuing to use the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, contact Support to close your account. Any valid balance will be refunded upon closure.
